What is EVAA?
EVAA is a customer satisfaction survey App to know the opinion of your customers in real time.
What do I have to do to get access?
Create a trial account, you will have 14 days to use EVAA. After the trial period it will be necessary to enter a valid card to continue with your subscription.
What features does the mobile device need to conduct surveys?
- Android: 7.0 onwards
- iOS: 12.0 onwards
- RAM Memory: At least 1GB
- Disk Space: At least 8GB
What plans do you have available?
We have 2 plans available, 1 monthly plan and 1 annual plan, both include the same features, the only difference is the time and price of the plan.
Are there additional costs?
There is no additional cost outside of the subscription fee and the users you selected.
Is support included?
Includes free support for the life of your plan. Please visit the Help section for personalized support.
What type of payments do you accept?
Debit and Credit Card VISA, Master Card and American Express.
Bank transfer, check deposit or payment via PayPal.

What about refunds?
No returns or partial refunds are accepted during the period of your subscription, but you can cancel whenever you want.
